Description:
T-5 "World Class" 5 Speed with Astro Performance A-5 Upgraded Components. Transmission capable of supporting up to 575 Torque / 650HP! Transmission will attach up against any 1994-95 Ford Mustang 5.0L Bellhousing.
Freight:
Transmissions are shipped via UPS Ground. Freight determined by Location Gearbox is being shipped to.
Ratio's:
2.95 = 1st
1.95 = 2nd
1.36 = 3rd
1.00 = 4th
0.60 = 5th
**Optional Overdrive Choices that can be added for an Additional Charge include: .64 or .79**
Warranty:
6-Month Warranty on all A-5 5 Speed Transmissions. Warranty Paperwork is included with Transmission when shipped. Warranty Paper Work must be filled out and returned within 30 Days of taking receipt of Transmission.
Additional Items Needed to Install A-5 5 Speed Transmission:
1.) 26 Spline ( 1 1/8") Clutch. Astro Performance offers Mcleod & RAM Performance Clutch Kits. Please send an email to tony@astroperformance.com for a clutch recommendation.
2.) Transmission Fluid. Astro supplies 1 Qt. of a Special Fluid Additive that is to be ran in Gear Box at all times. In addition to the 1 Qt. of Additive, the customer must purchase 2 Qts. of a Mercon V Based ATF. The transmission takes approximately 2.8 Qts. of Fluid Total.
Core Exchange:
Core Exchange is not Mandatory for this Transmission Purchase. A $300 Credit is available for any customer that chooses to send in their World Class T-5 Core as an Exchange for the one built. Customer is responsible for Shipping Charges to our Warehouse. We can supply a Return Shipping Label to have the Core returned in the same box/packaging material the one is sent to you in for an additional $75. If you would like this Return Label to be included with Transmission that is sent to you please select "Accept" next to the drop down menu with "Return Shipping Label".
