"Level 3" Rebuilt T-5 "World Class" Transmission rated at 350 Ft. Lbs. of Torque /450 HP! Torque & Horsepower Ratings based at Flywheel in a 3,400 Lb. Vehicle. Fits 1985-93 Ford Mustang 5.0L T-5 Bolt Pattern Bellhousing.
Transmission Comes with a 6 Month Warranty from Date of Installation. Installation must be performed by a Licensed Repair Facility.

Core Exchange Mandatory:
1.) Core may be either Exchanged in Up Front before Rebuilt Transmission is sent out, or after Taking Receipt of Rebuilt Transmission. If sending Core up front the customer must package transmission adequately so that Gear Box damage doesn't occur in route to our warehouse. Astro Performance is not responsible for any damage caused by insufficient packing.
2.) If wanting to Exchange Core after taking Receipt of Rebuilt Transmission, please select "Sending Core After" from the Drop-Down Menu. A $250 Core will be added + $75 Return Freight Fee upon checkout. The $250 Core Charge is refundable once Core is returned and deemed acceptable. The $75 Charge is for Astro Performance to print a UPS Return Shipping Label out to include with Reman. Transmission. This Label will allow the customer to return their Core "Prepaid". Once Core arrives back at Astro Performance, it will be checked within 3-5 Business Days for Acceptability. Within that time period a Core Credit will be issued.
3.) Core Exchanged in must be from one of the following vehicles: A. 1985-95 Ford Mustang 5.0L B. 1987-93 Ford Mustang 2.3L C. 1994-Up Ford Mustang 3.8L
Core Exchange Requirements:
1.) Case, Top-Cover, Tailshaft Housing cannot be cracked/broke. $150 Charge for any Case Component that is exchanged that is cracked/broke.
2.) Core must be Complete. No missing pieces.
3.) Output Shaft "Spigot/Pilot Surface" cannot be Pitted due to lack of Oil being ran in Gear Box. Input Shaft has to be removed in order for customer to check.
Transmission Fluid:
NO FLUID IS INSTALLED IN GEAR BOX WHEN SHIPPED FROM ASTRO PERFORMANCE!!!!
Customer must Fill Gear Box with Mercon Dexron III ATF. Transmission takes approximately 2.8 Qts..
